problems with 2800

i have a 2800 that no matter how much i write anew bin and virginize eeprom i still cannot get a sat signal i hav attached a pic of my system info screen and if you notice it does not show my build config it seems more corrupt than anything else .can someone who has seen this before please help?????????

if you have a save of orignal tsop check bootstrap version., and find a tsop of same bs version or modify your orignal tsop and write to ird. had same problem [no sig] and determined that i had wrong bs version of tsop i had wrote to ird.
