rom 102 guide

i just got back into testing recently and was wondering if there is a guide for the new rom 102 programming. i have a 3100 with a rom 102 rev 240. alot has changed since i stopped testing in 2004 just wondering if anyone has or can point me to a how to guide for rom 102 including equipment needed (iso programmers etc.)
