Re-Apply Blocker

How can I reaply the blocker on rom 102-to 10 after I do a backup.

Read card,click on patch
c&p this
;To reset the lock byte to relock card:
$C0A11 1C

test pach
run pach
if no errors write image to card it will relock
blocker that u have on your bin
