THey are getting ready for March 9th, 301 formware got updated as seen on http://tech.dishnetwork.com/departmental_content/TechPortal/content/tech/receiver/301.shtml

BEV rolled keys look for them in the forum please.

I was wondering if anyone has this problem I get error 120 "you can not recieve this channel outside the designated viewing area" also what is the March 9th day supposed to mean if I have the 2.02 software.

March 9th is the date set by Dish where the PPV channels will require that you have the latest firmware installed on you IRD.

As far as I am aware the only IRD that supports the latest firmware upgrade is the 301.013, but I may be wrong on that issue. I just haven't seen anyone post that they have the software upgrade and the AVR-X software suppports that upgrade though.

Anyone who has upgraded their firmware and the AVR-X has worked with it please post so we will know what is safe to accept.

took p3.41 on my 301.13dual running on a rom102 and didnt skip a beat. using sk mod. dont have an avrx working on this box to test. if i get time ill give it a try.

Hi. Running 202 on 301-013 single Ttp, Firmware 341, Took update and doing fine, a few reboots, missing few ch. 841 and around the same ch. no biggy. Working good.

I am given to believe that the 301.013 works with the latest firmware and the AVR-X, but I don't know if any others are. I do know the 301.010 will not work with P2.46 or at least not for me.

Here are the new keys for Nagravision line 10 & Line 11 that have been changed but I changed to new key numbers it worked for 5-10 minutes. Is there anyone who can help as when I entered on my Coolsat 5000 Platinum new key numbers & I saved it but after saving the FTA worked about eight minutes & then went back to original setting. I could not find AUTOROLL BUTTON as that one should be off.

i have a dp 301.13 and i was watchin all the chanels ok then when i went to change the satellite from where it was to a larger place to see the fight in ppv with friends it didnt turn on againg and it never did. what could be the problem? it is not the fuse i cheked for continuity PLEASE HELP!!

Using the standard DP500 which is what they installed when they set-up my original 811.

What were the symptoms? Black screen? Did you get an error message and what was the message?

I believe that Dish has changed the cut-off date until towards the end of this month. They posted it in either their customer support or mail: I don't remember which one it was and they did not go into detail as to why they have updated the date either.

I have looked on other sites to try to get more information, but there has been none to post.
