I got ISO programer and DP311, what else do I need to get this bad boy going? I just open the DP311 today and have not see the ISO interface plug in. Thanks

I don't beleive it will work with bev, and I assume it will have hardly any freezing issues because rom 102 cards don't have them.

any better info then this? it has pic etc but nothing more then the actuall programing of the chip.

Mili is selling a unit with the interface plug already installed....that's the reference in the thread. Click http://dssftp.com/xcart/product.php?productid=54
for the ird, or you can install one yourself and then complete the upgrade.

He already has the unit he wants to know what the interface plug is. I would like to know also. I have a ISO and 311 want is the interface card? Thanks

the innerface can be avr, magiccard, bootloader etc.Theres no real how to such as what pins need wireed to, what traces need cut and why, what wire can be used to connect to innerface, what loader settings were used to glitch into chip, lots of small things is what i meant.I know mali sells them , i have 2 and want to play with them .

ps : did a search found some good info on this site as well as some others.

Yes I understand now, we need more information on what traces and what pins on the card to program to.

Can you take an old ROM 3 card and modify it so that it can be used as an interface. I'm thinking maybe wiring from the opposite side of the contact. Am I dreaming? :)

Nope, not a chance....
You need an AVR/Atmega/Emu board or an Bootloader.

Rom10x has all the info you would need to do this, they have a 10 page thread going on the subject.

Let's not forget who developed this mod.

Since Rom10x is working out some issues, this has also been done on the 811 and the 311..

There is a whole section over there about cardless receivers.

the website (rom10x) is back up and running at full speed now as well.
