working for Pansat 3500s

hey Guys!

Anyone has a working BIN for the Pansat 3500s?
Do I need to load the virgin BIN before I load the working BIN?

Blacklist 141 bin is working great for me....
Just load it, scan sats, set default keys, wait for key roll and watch tv......


I've never had to load the factory bin before doing updates. Some people do, some people don't. If you have trouble try loading it first then the BL bin.
