I bought a dish network dishpro 500 dp quad lnb digital lnbf part # ak74-s

I had the stock lnbs on the dish i got from direct tv and the originally didnt work with 3 different recievers. I had to have all recievers on the same channel to view someone told me it was an ird conflict and to buy the above dishpro quad lnbf. I used to get mtv and mtv2 comedy central but only a couple of ppv and the ird conflict. now i installed the new lnbs and i get a lot of spanish channels and alot of ppv which is nice but no mtv in english and no comedy central. no hbo no cinemax. i didnt move the sat i dont think. I am a real newbie but i would love to know what i need to do . Every one talks about aiming the say at different 110 and 119 and stuff i used to use bellview 1,2 on my coolsat 4000 and 5000 im just really lost i dont know how to point to different "birds" not sure what that means i think that means sats in the sky. so any guides and help would be appreciated

Isn't there something in your setup menu that lets you change the lnb settings and types? And yes,you have to precisely aim the dish by elevation, degrees(left and right) and skew. It's best to zero in on 119 first. Do a search for dish pointing or aiming here.
