no ppv in my guide

I have a ex-sub rom 102 set up for b*v and have all my selected teirs open using tierworks v3, I applied a ppv patch with expiry set to 2029. All the adult stuff is there and open but the ppv movies are not even in the guide.I tried a couple of different patches with no luck. I think I am very close but i not sure what to check next. My ppv tier looks like this

Might try changing the HI TIER(Max Channel) to 0A 7F FF.

thanks Dave i tried that but still no ppv. What's wierd is that the adult ppv's are all there and wide open...
Ther must be somthing else that I'm missing...

goto channel locks and make sure there is nothing set to hide

I've checked all of that. I have been reading some threads about free space at the end of the tier and that it has to be calculated properly in the hex code. What are the consequences if the free space is not calculated properly?
I ran the defrag in nagra master and thought that it would set up the free space after the ppv tier, is this correct?
