give more info - like bin file ; set up ; dish & lnb etc.

Bin NOR 120 ,36" dish lnb 91 W I have signal The TV guide show up but no picture and soud please help thanks

r u watching dn ?. have u press ok - factory set after flashing with new bin ?. autoscan 91w sat?. r your setup correct ?. so many things to look for & not enough info . lnb is it dss . connectors ok ?. if using switch; is it still good ?. if autoroll is turn off , manually enter new keys .
