My father-in-law gave me his pvr 501? (60hrs rec time) so I got it fixed up with the yellow card. Last night I installled it, but found it keeps frezzing on me, and when I try and record it frezzes then shuts off and this happens every time. Last night I tryed to record Soprano's and of course it froze and shut off, but it started to record for 4 secs, then the screen just froze and the red light shut off? Is this a software or a hardware problem? Please give me any suggestions!
