question on a 510 IRD remote.

Just got a 510 I ahve installed the yellow plastic.
at the moment is working,
BUT, the remote will not work.
so I tried another remote same thing.
of course i check the batteries. and no DICE.

In the front panel I can go up and down the channels.
and for my luck.. is stuck on recording mode cat CNN
how about that. I can also reactivate the recording
mode for 10 minutes I would move to channels 300 or
other and then it will go back to CNN..
Has anybody ran into dis problem.
is there a HARD reset. or has naything needs to
be done to the remote section of the board.

any ideas.

Pull the card out and wait for the Sys info screen. Then press the record button on the remote. The receiver should now match the remotes address.

It id work. this remote came with the IRD..
maybe theysub..the remote and replace it.

Okay now I have a 301-13 Config DAPA
it has the similar same promblem

remote will not work
do you know how to fix the 301-13

I got it
the 301-13 have same buttom
just different remote and it did have the record buttom
pull card and press the record buttom
and that it..
Never had this problem before
and never two in a row.
