help !! Im using an atmega 128 red jumper !! I have a ird with the numbers r004477 and so on ! on it!! box keys match the numbers on the tomicop ZIm using ! for some reason its saying not inserted correctly ! does anyone have any inmput on this ! I also like to mention that there there is a connector in between the programmer and and the parell port becasue the goofs that mad the programmer put female connection and thats whats normally on a parell port ?? help??

When programming your Atmega....instead of usung the correct 18 or 18.4 mgz, program it with the jumper set to play (not program) and use external timing. That worked for me as I had your problem with my Atmega. Good luck

external timeing I tried no dice and ya cant program on the play side if thats what you mean?
