Error 002???

Hello,

So I have had BEV up and running for over a year. Yesterday I was changing channels and it seems like my 2700 is no longer getting a good signal. I haven't changed anything to do with the receiver over the past 3 months. I am now running a 102 that is subbed. I do still have a lock installed and it seems like my signal is good on all the transponders from 1-16, but 17+ are at zero. It seems that the channels that are giving me trouble are usually transponder 18, 19 or 21. Software is version 509. So what could be the problem here?

I beleive 002 is a cableing error. check your connetions

Like lrh says it maybe cable. Or a bad switch,or a new Spotbeam has removed signal from your area or your dish may have moved a little.

no switch installed. When i go into the signal strength 1-16 are within the 65-95 range., but 17-32 are at zero, except sometimes they will all become active and lock on for a few minutes, but then drop back down to zero. I checked my connections and they look fine as they worked fine for the past few years. The dish is fairly solid so I don't think it could have moved. I tried erasing the TSOP and it redownloaded and still does the same thing. Any other suggestions?

When mine was dropping the signal like that I found that my dish had become loose and a little breeze or vibration would make the signal come and go.
