Have you tried another reciever to make sure you are getting connection.
Yes, i did try almost everything possible that i know of. I tried 2 different computers, 2 different buffer J-Tags . Same thing! I didnt mention that I have 2 recievers like that..one of them is a 4900 & a 2700. Before i changed anything with the t-sop and eeprom, everything was working fine, but for some reason after that the reciever doesnt get any signal. I got the power light n info on the screen, but no signal at all. Any Suggestions? Thank You

does the 4900 get signal? if not your dish moved. did you run a check switch?just narrow it down. it can only be 4 things wrong the ird, card, cable line or lnb. you can rule out the card, if your 4900 works on that same line then you can rule out the cable line and lnb. this leaves the ird so check the solder points on the inside of the ird where the satellite in spigot is. check for crack its happened to me before. I had to resolder it and it was ok.

this Is What I Had To Do:
1: Open Your Tsop In Flase Edit And Choose Advanced
2: Go To The Last Part Of The First Line Build DATA Change It To Be---------------- 00 02
3: Save And Rewrite It.
This Fixed All Of Mine That Had This Problem!!
