I have a 10 pin atmega that gives me a black screen. My jumperless programs without a problem. I am using the tomico original ird mod and hex/eeprom to load.

Any suggestions?

You may try this pfg. There is a newer (or modified) version available. However, I don't know exactly where at the present time.

Thanks for the replies.

I flashed my receiver for satvia, and had issues programming the atmega. I finally was able to have video for the evening. I woke up and the screen was black again, and again cannot program the darn thing.

I load the NoRSA, and then tried writting the keys, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Re-flash your IRD.

There should be no problem programming the ATmega128. There is no programming.

Maybe it would be better for you to use TCFDIII, that way you may create your own pfg files with whatever setup you wish.

If you have a pfg file you wish to use and the IRD does not match your IRD, then you should convert (clone) your IRD to match the settings that are in the jeepers pfg file. If you try to change the IRD in the pfg to match your IRD, you are creating avenues for other problems (problems you really don't need).

You should have learned by now that everything in this "Free TV?" exercise must match.
