Dish311 programming

I followed the instruction for Dish311.

I hooked the receiver on SAT119 and now I have your receiver had not been authorized yet.

I applied first gopher tier + V22 blocker

Do I need a 3m also...

Can a DISH 311 receiver can work on BEV sat 91 ?

Did you cleaned code space?

check to see if bin still has A0 tier in it.

Cleaning code space in this cams is a nono

311 can't be used for bev since we can't jtag it yet.

Make sure you V22 blocker has these emms to pass at this line on the bottom of the blocker patch and the keys should roll after a few minutes.
