Then Winex to open your card.. You need the script for a 101 and a different one for a 102...

Then Nagraedit to read and write to your card..

Can You Tell Me Where Can I Find A Program To Unlock The Nagra 2 Rom 101 And 102 Cars

First,do you have an ISO reader/writer and a modded loader?
For 101 you need to start with what mopar611 posted,then you'll need a file called 101romreader.xvb and/or 007-009romreader.xvb to unlock and N2Edit beta7 or beta9 to read/write.
For 102 you'll need Nagramaster.
Go over to some of the other forums and read until you get a good idea what to expect.The files are in the public or VIP downloads section.Go near the top of the forums page a click.
