How to fix dish 500 lnb 1 sat detected only

hello ppl does anyone know is it able to fix a dish 500 lnb it's only detecting 1 satellite 110 when I do a check switch 1 satellite is detected , is there a fix for this issue any help will be great thanks...

What type LNB and or switches do you have, Legacy, DishPro?
What type receiver do you have?

If you have a Twin LNB and the 110 shows up first after a check switch, your azimuth is off by about 9 degrees.

I'm not quite sure but I believe is a dishpro 500 not a dishpro 301,, but my IRD is a dishpro 301.13, I do know my lnb work with all ird but theres something wrong with it it only detect 1 sat ...any guess?

Sounds like you might not be aimed at 119. Try to get 119 first.It can be a bitch to find it. The way I did it was to turn up the volume on my TV really loud so I could hear it homing in. Receiver is in Setup mode with the signal meter on the screen.
Turn dish off 110 towards where 119 should be.Play with elevation an skew. It's easy to go right past it.
