I have a ex-subed receiver with a Rom 102 for Bell that I want to use to reactivate as a 3m.
Can someone pleae explain how I would clean the tier on the file and re-patch them with a full 3m for xpress.
I need help with three things:
1) how to clean all the existing tiers off of the old subed card
2) a good patch with all the channels (3M) for Xpress
3) blocker code as a patch for 102 xpress.
I actually have seen a couple of ready to use files with a blocker included, but it would require me to mod my 5900's IRD and Box keys to match.
Is there a way I could extract info from my ex subed card and overlay or patch the ready to use bins that are already available?
In other words, How can I extract the info requied from my exsub dump to alter an existing 3m file.
Any input would be greatly appreciated as I am stil very new to the whole script writing thing.
Before in Nagra 4.1 it was fairly easy to edit a Bin. Is there a similar software available for N2 which will allow me to deleate individual tiers from the bin?
