As a general rule, 301.013 dual, no. Single TSOP, yes.
Why? Because you have to modify the flash, even if you run the NoRSA mod version, and you can't do that without the VidMod.

Most likely, you'll also need to ground R79 on that receiver (either on the board itself or jump the #1 pads together at the JTAG port, if your receiver has one)

When useing Dish as the provider you will have to bypass the SK on receivers such as the 301.013 that use an SK. Your Ird will still be able to take an update after bypassing the SK, without affecting the ATmega.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,OK This is a copy paste from satvia all-and-1,,,,
>>>SK <<<< wtha's this?:o

Just like I did. Allow it to take an update (set the menu option and turn receiver off while still plugged in. Then jkeys and save the tsop. Then use the universal 301 .fs script with flashedit and and mod the tsop. Then re-write the tsop back to the receiver.
Does the Tomico file freeze less ? If not then u should do the Satvia and forget about needing to mod tsop after updates.
