is 82 worth looking at?

i know what channels are available on 91.
would it be worth also dialing in 82.
ex.(like getting 119-110)?
or is it basically same programming for both 91 and 82.
also can 82 be dialed in from US? northern east coast-just north of virginia,U.S.-thanks

82 really only has the Hi-Def channels and foreign programming, otherwise 91 is all you need for now.
