Is progamming the same as the how to for the DT08 based rom 102 programming? Since there is other software I would assume that has to be opened and applied during the blocker step, but I am not sure that the oher steps are the same as DT08.

Also, MILI do we get pre made tier lists and PPV updates like we used to with the old blocker?

Yes I belive if you buy it thru Mili he will send you the serial #

No the programing is not the same as in Mili's how to They have thier own how to and it is simple to follow.
you will have to unlock your card first if needed with a glithcher for the first time after that you use the option in the RC program

Yes you get a pre-made tier list with an option to inclued your own locals if you wish.

I have just bought a open, unlocked, virgin, rom 102 rev 103 card w/ a valid atr string, i am completely new to progrming, but i have iso, and jtag. is romcode set up to where a total newbie like myself (w. all the stuff i mentioned i have) can follow their instructions and get up and running? when my card arrives, what is first thing i need to do???

I have a jvc webtv 4500 , If i do romcode w/ it and rom 102, will it allow me to get free webtv? I have 102 coming for pvr 501, will romecode allow free pvr access? can i move card erom one ird to another w/out doing anything? i assume not.
Finally, whaer can I find a list of what tiers give u what channels? I see some folks who fill only 5 of the 10 boxes. I want to get all porn, ppv, premiums, superstations,some or all alabama chnls(if dothan,al has local,that for sure),at 180, and got to have as many cartoon channels as offered,and any more must have channels u recommend. can someone help me?please

Please help me understand, without getting too technical, which I probably won't understand anyway, why ROMCODE is better than private. Milli seems to beleive that the public blocker which lets the new EMM throught is a timebomb waiting to happen. Doesn't the private blocker let the EMM through as well?

well here goes i hope i'm not going to make someone mad, i order'ed the 6 month dishnet blocker for rom 102 cards. i order'ed on 06-08-2006 and i still havent got this progamm, the order #30051 can anyone help or should i just keep on waiting ??? thank you

When we re-program the card after key change ( as its now on 100% Safe ), do we clean card and then re-pgram or just retrieve keys and program card

open app, click settings, get keys....save...progtam card....no need to clean card, just click program card

i just did a cam refresh from server to check and all is fine here. Do you a virus protection running that is stopping you from connecting or a firewall somewhere
