Glitching a 102

Hey all,
Got a hold of a 102 rev 105. I've been gitching it off and since yesterday. I was previously successful with a 101 rev 007 after doing a lot of reading and experimenting. I know more now after doing that than I did then so I need to know if my T911 (green board,variable p/s) will be able to glitch the 102. With the 101 I had to have dips 2 and 5 on to pop it with the pot turned 3/4 to the left. But with the 102 ,using newd13,and dips 2 and 5 and no matter where I set the pot I get nothing but -------. Now,if I leave only dip 2 on I get some +-+- but i don't think it'll ever pop that way.The 101 wouldn't. I've tried a few different scripts and VCC settings as well as Nagramaster 2.0. I'm thinking I need to change the pot? The pot on this thing works but it's getting pretty mangled. What should I replace it with?Radio shack part #? Thanks.

Should have mentioned,I can't tell the pots value,but I think it's a 2.2k?It's pretty tiny and sits between the dips and the pwower connector.

you need a 25 ohm variable resistor......maybe up to 100...... my mikobu werks at @ 80 ohms .............. also in nagramaster try using dealy from 320 to 3A8

I had heard a 1k pot would do it. But,I don't know.I'd like to be able to do 101,102 and now 103.
Does someone have a close up look at a factory modded T911.By the look of the work on the mod it must be professionally done.I haven't found any exact mod pics for this loader. Can I remove the existing pot and install one that will do it all? It also has a small switch sitting right above the pot.That's for flashing.
I got this loader for free from a member here and I don't know much about it. Neither did he. Anyway,any suggestions welcome.

I have a green board T911 clone that I modded (5K pot) and have glitched into a plastic 102 rev103 and (2) 311 receivers useing Nagra Master 2.0. I was under the assumsion that 2 & 5 dips had to be down but found 2 & 3 down did the job. The 311's were a pain in the ass, they popped turning the pot down to were nagra just slows down glitching and up a hair were you will see something like this----- rst18---- rst1------(way lower than 2.25K) also lower the trys on Nagra from 40 to 20.

I popped 5 rom 102 rev 103 with blue t911 modded loader with switches 1 and 3 on ,got them all to pop in about an hour.U just need to have patience and find that sweet spot ,took me a couple of hrs to find but when I did they were popping like crazy.also I was using a 800ma dc adaptor set to 9vdc.
