ok i guess i kinda f'ed up my card or sumthing cause i cannot get back into it. It gets down to dumping dataspace and then waits for a min and says rom 10 failed...revision is at a16..im at a loss here cant seem to figure it out
Any help is appricated
It scares me to give advice on a already at risk card.
Soon as I tell what I would try it will screw them up and somebody will come bouncing in yelling blah blah blah cause thats the way they did it.
If your getting atr then the card can prob be saved.
there are some bdo scripts in win explorer and some good viagra scripts and then there is mromV6.
The thing is to search way back to when alot of people had problems with rom 10's
the patti card can maybe be opened with a d2c unlocker for nagraedit 4.1
the lmughal card need to copy and paste the entire window except the cam id(xxxx it out and ird # if it was to show up) if it comes up and post here.
I'm thinking both these card will be used again. :)

there is a file called all rom 10 unlocker stuff, has everything you might need to unlock the rom 10's
dont know for sure what page it is on in the files.
read the read me's for each file to be sure you dont mess it up for good.

I have had this problem with rom 3's, never a rom 10, I used a program called excel to fix it, since it is A16 I believe excel will work with it. here is the insturctions I have archived for the rom 3 issue, you can try it on that rom 10 if you like. but I don't promise anything.
if you still have problem with your rom3, please follow my steps below. This happened to me a couple times a while ago, and I was able to write the original bin or a clean rom3 bin and was OK. However, recently one of my rom3 had this same problem, but doesn't matter what I do, I still get Data Space Invalid. I can read card, can write ok sometimes, but other times will give the error warning. The main problem that I see is that even when I already have the Data Space with the correct value E400, then after I do a one step clean, the Data Space at E030 will goes to FFFF instead of E400. Anyway, what I did is below. I hope this will help your problem.
1. Open Xcel, read your card. If your card data space is FFFF, then Xcel will tell you to clean the eeprom to fix this. Clean eeprom even if data space is good or bad.
2. Save this bin to something you can remember like "CleanBin".
3. Write this CleanBin to your card in Xcel. You shouldn't have any problem writing this in Xcel. Your card now is cleaned with the correct Data Space value.
4. Open CleanBin in NE, load your tier patch like normal, load your black out patches (I don't need to do black out patches since I'm using TCFD that had this updated), load your PPV patch, then load your blocker, then save the the bin to something else you can remember like "ReadyBin". This ReadyBin now has tiers, ppv, and also blocker.
5. Open ReadyBin with Xcel, then write this bin to your card. Your card should now ready to go. Put your card in ird and watch for about 5 mins or whenever you need to do your card again. The next time you do a one step clean with NE, you should be ok. I did a search on this topic at a couple sites, but still couldn't find a solution for me. After playing around and did all the above, my rom3 is back like normal. Please keep me posted on your progress.
finally some good info for these two!
