2700 will not upgrade TSOP?

Put the one I got back in 2003 "R0031733592-2700-12BB-COCA-10G-E408" and have update with out permission on... no luck, left it for 8 hours with the smart card in and 8 hours with out.

2nd try... Erased the sector and plugged it back in and the light flashes once and again. Did this for hours with smart card in and out(orig-anal card). No luck.

Can some one tell me something that is totaly in front of my face that I forgot to do?

Or does anyone have a COCA 2700 509 TSOP they can Email me..

Yeah, and now it's dead, dead, dead. Can't get it to work with Jkeys now, maybe the Jtag or I killed the sodder pads on the IRD... Anyone have any ideas. Did get 3 years out of old girl.
