I am getting ready to order some items from your store. I need to register before the order can be processed. Do I need to give all of my personal info? I would like to pay via US Postal Money Order. I can give you a tracking number and a ship to address....and that would be it. The less info I give out the more peace of mind I have. I hope you understand. Thanks.
The register thing is just to create you a profile so you can track stuff(sometimes) and make a wish list ect...
you can order without registering.
create you a user name and password and fill the rest with bullshit if you like.
thats how I did it.

That's what I wanted to do but wasn't sure if mili is stickler about the correct info being filled out. mili is fubr's suggestion OK with you?
Mili doesn't have any of my personal information, and we've managed to do a fair amount of business. I've never paid for a hobby related item with a credit card. If your using a money order the only things that have to be 'legit' are the mailing address and the email addy. It's a good idea to use a functioning email addy in case there are any issues with the order and so you can communicate with mili about the order. Mili uses a remailer service. No reason you couldn't too if you wanted. Just make sure your remailer is reliable.
