Ok, here we go. I programmed 2 301.10s, 1 2800, and tried 1 301.13 single tsop.
Easy except for the 301.13 - Cannot get by a 05 error, even after letting it set all night. The 13 runs fine with an AVR-X (203).
Tried all but the 13 with the public ird and box keys, which should be the same as an ex-sub. Works. I then tried the private bin on each one, and they work (except for the 13). The program does the same thing as public DT08 hacks, but uses the private blocker. I don't know if private is better, but I feel more secure.
Conclusion ... If you are comfortable with the public hacks and the public blockers keep thrashing away. If you want a little more security, and a whole lot more ease of programming (tiers, locals, etc) use the Romcode blocker system.
Wish the 301.13 single would work. When I get time, I'll try it on a 13 dual also.
