New PVR 510 Never Activated... How can

Just received a PVR 510 Refurbbed never in the stream and has a Rom 103-Rev103 card in it. Can I protect the card and stream the receiver so it marries to the card and then try to add tiers with the hope the card will not update to Rev 107..... Any help is appreciated...ty

Sorry bud, 103's are not writable - as of now. If you meant 102 - then crossing your fingers works the best.

Mili does offer dish sub option - very reliable.
