Nexus Blue and 102 Glitching help

I ran Nagramaster and my 102 popped in about 10 seconds. The program says 102 unlocked. I go back to the main Nagramaster screen and try and read the eeprom and it says 102 locked ???

Is there a step I am missing to keep the card open ??
