Well there may be lots of things working by now but if you're having problems, here is what has definitely been working since last night.
Satvia no rsa fix (you gotta change the IRD # and box keys on unmodded tsops (Ird# 01 1C 74 6C; Box Keys# 8C A6 A8 8C FD E2 E2 63)
And then use jeepers to plug in the new pfg, from the satvia all-in-1 final v2.
Works on various recievers, apparently (I can vouch for the 3100.10), there's a pulldown menu in jeepers that let's you pick your ird. There are also "satvia" tiers and options to set your own tiers, and other features.
Worked w/ P246 and I took the P247 update and it works with that too
