problems adding locals in atmega

after having the hbo's and porn blacked out after i entered new keys with the tomico v2a (old) file, I switched to a tomico v2b dual keys dated 2-22-06. I think this is the newest one?? if there is a newer one please let me know... I put this "newest" tomico v2b 2-22-06 on my card everthing up and going except my locals. I put my local teir numbers in the "advanced setting" in jeepers like i always have before but I get "must subscribe to all porn and movie channles" and no locals. Any thoughts onto why I simply can't add my locals. I've chnged zip codes and timezones and still card won't work. works fine without trying to add locals.

For the (Super noob's)...I don't really know for sure if this help's but before I do a "Check switch" I alway's go in the menu to "Peak angle's" and enter my Zip code and make sure the "colum on the right has the skew and angle config's ok...(any number is good ) if there is no number's there you may have a problem. Exit out of this menu or save then exit then do "Check switch" Although with the "Sativa N0-rsa" mod rite now I have not even had to do any of this just "plug-and-Play".....All the best.
