Error Programming Flash

I am trying to restore my backup flash 8,51 (ird 2700)
keep on getting "error programming flash at offset Ox....""
tried after erasing to unplug and plug receiver with no result!keep on getting this same error.
can anybody help me out

Ground it real good..
try diferent version of jkeys also
