DT teir work's help

I downloaded DT teir work's and when I go to open it I get a error message saying

componet 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invaild what can I do ?

I belive it goes in windows , system 32

Download it unzip it and put it in here C:\WINDOWS\system32 then restart your computer and run
DT-tierwork.

ok got it now what are the number's do I but in for the ppv string the hi and low
