Anyone knows the values of U8 and U9 on the mikobu glitchers?

This is just a guess Mili but I bet they are your 4053 chips because they are 16pin,

Well Mili, it's a matter of elimination, we know the board has to have 4053 chips or 4619 chips, and we know that those chips have 16 legs. There isn't any other chips in that picture that have 16 legs, you have the other unmarked chips in the phot that are 14 legs, I am saying they are going to be hc74 chips of some sort, on my old mik loader the U6 and U7 chips are marked as 4053's but they are not in the same place on the board as yours. Sorry I didn't look at it earlier to see. I am 90 percent certain that is what those chips are. Try unlocking a rom 102 rev 107 or 106 if it loops I say they are 4053 if it unlocks I say they are 4619! LOL

Mili I have found the pinout datasheet for the 4053, I'm sure you may already have this, I am still looking for the 4619 chip pinout. I would be happy to email them to you if you do not already have them. Based on these pinouts it should be possible to reverse engineer and verify which chips these are. I have a book with all kinds of chip pinouts in it but I'll be damned if I remmeber where I put it to see if it has the 4619's in it. I could scan and send if you need it I will look harder.

Those IC's are erased but cannot make out which numbers.

then you will have reverse engineer them. if you are unsure, then assume they are 4053's most older loaders that were made (up until late last year) have the 4053's
