2800 displayed error 151 Serious Error Detected, solution:

I had the "Serious Error Detected in you receiver" error after installing digilocks in almost all the 2700 and 2800 receivers I done. The error popped up when the lock was on and when it was off too. I found that I had to clip the wires as short as possible from the digilock to the solder points then the error went away. Check out the picture to see the optimal wire lenght.

Good observation Mili. Is that the older older type AC chip (3.3v). I knew they had to be short, but THAT short? And no more Error?

You should try to keep the CPU WE and TSOP WE as short as possible a length of 3" is recommended!
This looks like a 5.0v lock as he is drawing pwr from pad near C98.....Mili,am I correct in assuming this?or is it Dual mode lock?
