Nexus 4619 vs. Mikobu Unlocker N2 4619PRO

Sorry for the newbie question. I am thinking about getting the Mikobu Unlocker N2 4619PRO but was wondering why the price of the Nexus 4619 is so much more. Is it because the Mikobu is modified or is it because the Nexus can also program the cards?
