Blue Nexus 4619 Settings? What Worked For You??

Ok guys, I just got my new blue nexus today from Mili, now I popped a rom 102 rev 106 in about 25 seconds or less. But I have a pile of rom 102's rev 103's I am trying to get into. the purpose of the 4619 chips is that the resistance should not have to be ungodly low, the first thing I did the loader was get rid of the pot that is on it and installed a 500 ohm 15 turn pot. I have yet to pop a rev 103. I need successful delay ranges here peeps. I am right now running a 300 to 400 delay range marathon in hopes of cracking this baby, I have the pot at 480 ohms, what worked for you guys???? what dip switch settings? What delays? what vcc's? what glitch types? I am only interested in the blue nexus 4619 that mili sells. I am well aware of the orange nexus ranges as I have used that one for some time now. Never mind guys, I have gotten results with the pot at 202 ohms, delays are between 320 and 350, dips 2 and 5 on with a 12 volt power supply. here are the glitches.

Crazy,
I have an orange nexus that I put the 4619s into. Can't seem to get a rom102 rev 107 to pop. Any suggestions. Using dip 2,5 down 150-220 ohms? I have heard the nexus uses dip 4 down 215 ohms if that helps.

I've seen where they've lowered the delay to 3700, maybe that will do it, I have seen both dips 2 and 5 or just dip 4 claiming succes. Pot around 200 ohms, anywhere from 170 to 220 I believe is pretty common. What kind of responses are you getting? Crazy I was wondering which program you are useing winexplorer 5.0 or Nagramaster Loader Ver. 2.0 ?
I am waiting on my blue nexus from mili should be here soon so Im doing lots of reading for when it
gets here because Ive never glitched before so any suggestions would be VERY helpful. I think I got
the basics but I feel somewhat lost until the nexus gets here and I can try what Ive been reading for myself.

Oh there is another program ROM 102 Studio 1.1.7 have you tryed that one just wondering it looks easy??

that depends on what card type you are opening, rom 101's have their own program, rom 102 rev 103 and 105 have a program called rom102_nd13_aoff-intercept-autovcc_20 and the rom 102 rev 106 and rev 107 have a program called Rom10x Reader-writer-unlcoker. There are a few versions of the latter progrm, I think version 3 is the newest one. They should be here in the public downloads section.
