DTV_DVB_manual DSS Content Reader

Back in March the DTV_DVB_manual was posted in the files section. In the manual it stated that the user would need a DSSCR program and included a link to the site. Everytime I try to go to the link I get sent to a general bandwidth overage web site and can't get the file. If anyone has this file, please post it or pm it to me. I'm very interested in trying it out to capture the ID3 tags on the XM music channels. Or if someone has a better/different way to capture the tags, please let us know.
