Whats wrong with locals?

Hey guys,
I'm struggling to add locals to my card. Here is what I've done after tonnes of reading. I'm using Rom10to102 with a 301.010 ird and 119,110,61.5 dishes.

1. Created a cleveland patch file with the following lines (used the latest blackout string)

$D551=9400134900003638000006A8FF00FF00

$D2B8=7F7F7F7F7F7F7F7F7F7F7F0E0000002A

2. Opened the following file Rom10.RSA.WideOpen.04.05.2006.bn10 and applied the cleveland patch and then Write to Card.

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated.

13FC doesn't look good should be 14AE

I tried changing to

No luck.

Try changing the 1F 57 14 AE to 00 0A 14 FC, should work

You can use (dt teirworks) to patch your bin or if you have a bin and you just need to update it you can use (gettierinfo)

also dt teirworks v15.8 works for me with Portland lacals

I don't think DT tierworks works with Rom 10 to 102 script or bin file. I have been trying to get Atlanta locals for my locals using Rom 10 to 102 forever with no luck. I can get them in the 8300's but not to remap to there orginal channels.

My question is the $lines arrent the same numbers what anm I doing wrong d541 is 540 for me but the other two lines I can not find I have no clue for black out strings? I'm lost

Don`t know which bin you are using, but might try looking at your 3M tier patch. It may be easier to find the stuff there.

replace the yellow with the numbers in your patch.
I dont know if this will work as is you can try but these are the strings.

Ok, I figured out the address thing but what address is the zip code at and time zone? I get locals for about five minutes then cut out goes to dish 500 screen
