Rom 10 fails BD3 login even after successfull glitch

I have a rom10 A23 that fails to login the BD3. I have used my Powersync to successfully glitch it, but yet I still can't read or write to it. I have tried Viagra with no success and Rom studio. I keep getting error: Bug Cmd41 not accepted. I know the card still has life to it. When I try the BD3 login using Rstudio it brings up a login password with a question mark. I choose Ok, and it says bad answer or login. I know the card has a blocker, b/c during glitching it shows 69. I'm pretty sure the provided is not correct. It's suppose to be for Dish.

I have pretty much all files and apps at hand, I just need some direction as to what to try.

I just glitched it again successfully but I still can't get past the BD3 when trying to write a image to it. I think that if I was able to change the Provider ID from 00 to 01 or whatever its suppose to be for dish, I would have a better chance at gettting in.

Sounds like the map bits have been cleared. This is by far worse than stream locked. Try a search for BD3 login failed. Some of these can be repaired easily, most of SOL. slickvguy has done some great work on this topic, although a little dated since the rom10 is defineately on it's way out.
