when i modded my loader (vec-tech) i installed a switch for flashing the Atmel2313, i believe it goes on for flashing and off for gliching . the way i installed the switch was (MIDDLE PIN ON SWITCH) TO PIN 10 ON MAX232 & outer pin on switch to pin 18 on ATMEL2313 ,so after i installed it i tested the conections from pin 18 on ( atmel ) to ground with my volt meter and it reads with switch off 3.77 VOLTS , & with switch on it reads ( .70 volts) .. so my question is , Does that reading sound right or is it soposed to read 0 volts with switch in the on position? and is that the right way to test the switch in a loader .. any help would be great & THANKS ALOT..
