6969 is dealer locked, ok how do i get adelay of 0c20 to 0c40 in winex.

Use a program called unlockallversion2A with newd 7,8, or 9 flashed on your loader, after it runs a glitch analyzer it will ask you what you want to use for delays. you simply enter in 0C20 and 0C40 when it asks.
