Crazy... Need help installing 5k pot

Where do I soldier my 5k pot too??

And where do I measure my ohms from?? I have been trying to pop these damn rom 10 cards..

Do I measure from the RTS pads?? And do I soldier to the RT pads after taking off old piece of crap pot??

Mili blue Nexus.

Pot set at 2.2kohms with DIP 1 down. Seems to give me the best 6f6fff6f6f.. If I have this installed right.

I popped those 102 cards in less than a minute.. But as soon as I stick in a 10, shit hits the fan quick..

I cant seem to get the pot right, or I have it installed wrong or something. I have 4 at a23 and 1 at a24..

going through the same thing Mopar, same loader, yes check ohms at the RTS pads on the loader. You solder to the TOP RT pad that is all by itself but then you solder to the one below and to the right of it. NOT THE ONE DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH IT!! When I say top pad that is if you are looking at the loader from the back of it, the nexus label is upside down. we should be able to glitch these things with ohms anywhere we want simply by adjusting the vcc script. I am running out of delays with dips 2 and 5 down, I have run 0c20 to 0c70, I have run 1180 to 11EO, and I have run 1300 to 1400, I am going to try a 1100 to 1500 with dips 2 and 5 down. Why don't you try just dip 3 or 4 down on that rom 10 A24 since that is what I am working with, I will run the 1100 to 1500 delay, I am at 202 ohms at the pot with the vcc's at 95 and 85, You can try whatever you want and see if it pops, if mine pops I'll report back, if you get it, please report back. I have walked through rom 101's and rom 102's with this loader, and am not about to have a stinking blue card shut us down!!

I got one half an hour ago.. With 1 and 5 down..

Using that 5k ohm pot.. Popped 10 at rev23 in less than 2 minutes.. But the other 3 wont do nothing. Left setting stock in script.. Using 23/24 auto opener..

still running, I got all switches up, trying a 1100 to 1500 run, will report back in teh morning if it popped. I will try 1 and 5 next. Thanks for the info mopar.

Yes, those 103-107 revs are easy as hell to pop.. As soon as I start a 10, shit goes down hill..

I agree.. I think I am missing something in the delay settings. And not the vcc settings..

yeah, I've tried just about every program under the sun at this point, everything from newd 9 to D9 to newd11 to d11. I am going to let it run itself out on this no dip switch setting just to see if it will open really high in delays. I will set it up with just 1 and 5 tomorrow and do the same thing.

let er run all nite mopar, all switches off, delay of 1100 to 1500 with D11 for the flash, nothing at all. Let it run all day at work same delays and flash as above mentioned dips 1 and 5 on, nothing, so now we are running 1 and 5 with delays set at 0C00 to 1100

I ducked out on us mopar, I used a orange nexus with 4053's ohms at 600 switch 2 and 5 down using the devildss unlocker with newd11. I was unlocking the card for someone else and wanted it to get back into the mail. It took less than a minute.

Hey mopar, I felt bad for copping out on you bro, so I took a rom 10 I had and used rompopper v033 and updated it A23 (it doesn't have A24 otherwise I would of did that) I finally popped a blue card with the blue nexus' D9-9 was the flash, unlockallver2a was the program, all switches up pot at 600 ohms, I ran a delay of 123A all the way to 1400, it popped on the first round. here is the glitch info.
