I have a rom 102 rev103. good atr and dish provider. what is a good unlocker to start using this card just wanted to get some input before I buy one thanks for your help.

the blue nexus that mili's sells is excellent for unlocking all yellow cards. I'm sure it will unlock blue cards too, I just haven't got mine tuned in for that yet.
