Dish Rom102 and V22 Blocker

Dish Rom102 and V22 blocker will not autoroll. I have check at address 9040 and it has 42.
Any suggestions.....

The 42 EMM normally is the key change, however, DN decided to put the key change in the A4 EMM, at least for now. Changing the line 9040 allows the 42 and the A4 EMMs to pass which in turn allows the key changes and autoroll. Hope that helps.
