Everything is Black

For the past 4 weeks, I have been using the "Rom10.Rom11.RSA.WideOpen.04.05.2006.bn10" with no problems, and now as of about 6pm EST, all the channels are black except for the 101 and the preview channel.
I also noticed that while checking the 'switch', both of my 110's are gone but both 119's are there, I changed the LNB thinking there was problem with the internal switch, but it still doing the same even after doing multiple check switches. I checked the location ID of the IRD and it is OK no zero's. I have an RSA modded 3800/3900-upgraded, and firmware is still @p236, and yes for the past few months I would get the "do you want to upgrade" prompt and I just click "NO" or "CANCEL" and keep watching.
Have the keys changed or the blackout strings, if so, how can I change any of these on this "bn10" image???
Before I started using the "wideopen bn10", I was using the "3mtierpatch-0001-8b.ep10" and the "102toRom10-0001-8b.ep10" but the channels went black and I could not get them back even afer I changed the keys which I had changed them in the past, multiple times without any problems.

linuxlad you need to upgrade your firmware to p350 then run check switch that should fix your switch problem.

This is an RSA modded IRD with the fake Box etc, if I upgrade the firmware, it will undo the RSA mod.

Ok, I got it working, I used the 102torom10-9 with the key change d2c, I changed the keys, the dates for all 17 tiers etc.....changing the tiers in the d2c seems quick and simple.
I kept the firmware @p236 because I don't know what it will do to the IRD as far as the RSA mod. Does anyone know if it is ok to take the update to the p350????

Use the no RSA mod, and you wont have to worry about updates.

Could you please specify, do you mean just update the firmware on the IRD and use "no RSA mod files" instead of using the 'RSA mod' files since that's how I have my IRD, if so I assume that I just apply my own box keys etc. just like before I moddem my IRD and started using the RSA mod files? What is the best "no RSA mod" file to use for the ROM10/3800?

Eventually the ird will update on its own, How long? Dont know.
If you want to go the no rsa route, jtag ird flash it with a current 350 firmware that has changed box keys and ird#(or change using flashedit) for the 3m you will be using.
next time there is a update it should update and no have to jtaggie again.
My understanding is that you will start to loose channels and eventually get a forced update from charlie.
or
find a rsa-modded tsop at 350 and flash it to the ird.

Thanks fubr, I will try to find and apply an rsa-modded tsop at 350 1st and if not successfull, I will go the no RSA route....much appreciated.
