Rom10 to 102

Im currently using the 10-102 with a modded 3900-IRD...I need to go to "no-rsa". Can anyone tell me how this is done or at least point me to a "how to" I've found all the files i need, but the directions are ambiguous to me. I'm still not sure if I need to just let the ird take the update and change the box keys, and ird number on the tsop...Or do I change the ird and boxkeys on the card and leave the ird alone??? I'm a little lost. Any help would be great!!! Thanks!!!

if you have a 3900 tsop at 350P I think then use flash edit and change the box keys and ird # to match the ird and box keys the rom10to102 file your going to use.
leave the numbers alone on the file for the card.
change the numbers on the ird.
I honestly cant say if you let the ird update and read the tsop then change the numbers if that will work or not. To be safe it it was me doing it I would just download a new one and use it. Unless I had time to test the theroy of wether the rsa mod with upgraded firmware via the stream would work if I changed the boixkeys and ird.
would be less work to just flash norsamod to a box.

I let my 3900 take the update then went to jkeys and made a copy then edited the bin in flash edit then wrote it back to the ird. I was also using the modded way till sat. when i finally went no mod-rsa.
