I have a subbed 6000 running on a BEV 102 (obviosuly), I finally got my 102 unlocker going nicely and i would like to get the 6000 running off of a 3m, but I would like it possible that if anything goes wrong I can swap the 3m 102 with the subbed 102 cam. So in order to do this I dont' want to alter the IRD# and BK's. Whats the best way to achieve this?
Thanks

open the subbed cam, and clone it. really the only way to do it.

If the subbed cam is in presently in the stream it is likely that it is unlockable, correct?

depends on the revison, i do not believe bev has sent out a newer revision to counter the latest unlocker. what revision is your cam at? 242/243 are unlockable

I took my BEV subbed rom 102 and opened it with my unlcoker.

After that I would be able to read it, and clone it to another 102. on that cloned 102 I can add the 3m tiers. With the 102 I would have an opened cam with all the key information I need, matching my sub.

With the subbed 102 opened what would happen if I put it back in the ird while the cam is opened? does it automatically lock itself?

I hope I don't end up looping the card in the process, I wouldn't know what to tell BEV.

Thanks.

You could do all that. But,before putting the subbed card back in you'll have to remove the intercept(backdoor) that was installed when you glitched open the card. It's only a couple bytes.Once that is done there will be no evidence of tampering.
