I have been running rom10 to 102 with no problem, but my locals seem to be coming and going. Any special trick to it? Locals are not showing up in the guide, do they turn red like the other channels when the tiers expire? I have read about changing the blackout string and such, but I am not sure if this applies. How does the spotbeam apply? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.:p
