I had an xbox moded a few months back , and now the picture is about a 3rd down on the screen ,and also in B/W i tried to look in the settings and noticed that the video is set on PAL .I tryied to move it NTCS but was unsuccessful .i belive the dash board is evo,and it was moded by soldering to spots and flashing bios ,
Any help would be appreciated

After you change it back to NTSC, you need to scoll all the way down and select Save.

I am doing good. Busy as hell, but good.
